Some countries don’t let you download the app, so you need a VPN. A VPN helps you get the app and use it without any problems.
Go to “Lockscreen widget” app attached at the beginning of the post, download and open the app.
Open the app select enable and click confirm. Then install it on the other iPhone.
iPhone will restart and Moving Wallpapers will be enabled.
